As part of Cohort 2 of the Fem in STEM program, led by Schneider Electric in partnership with Impactiv, mentees stepped into that reality through an immersive visit to the Schneider Electric Innovation Hub.

The visit was followed by an engaging Panel Discussion titled “Shaping Early Career Paths: Influence, Impact, and Early Decisions.”

The discussion provided mentees with practical guidance on navigating early career stages, building influence with intention, and making informed professional choices.
