In November 2021, impactiv was selected among 9 startups in Ma’an 5th cohort to accelerate our support to people development through meaningful intergenerational connections.

Since its incorporation in ADGM in May 2022, impactiv has successfully curated and implemented various mentoring programs and community development projects.

Dr. Nada Messaikeh

Co-founder & Managing Director

A transformative leader with 30+ years of experience in Higher Education Management, Corporate Finance, and Advisory Services
Dr. Nada Jammoul Messaikeh has been dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering inclusive workplaces. She’s an adjunct faculty member at Alliance Manchester Business School and serves on the board of Injaz Lebanon. Her impactful journey includes influential roles at institutions like New York University Abu Dhabi, Paris Sorbonne University, ADEC, Deloitte, and Ernst & Young. Nada is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.

Dr. Maya Rmeity

Co-founder and Head of Operations

An accomplished Inclusion & Diversity Advisor.   Maya is a force in fostering an inclusive future.With a global network, she collaborates with organizations like UN Women, Nokia, and DP World, crafting tailored DEI strategies
She empowers talent through workshops and mentoring initiatives. Her commitment to gender equality shines through her leadership at UN Women and NAMA flagship program in the UAE. Maya holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration from Paris Dauphine University.

Maral Alexandrian

Co-founder

A seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in fundraising, consulting, and banking and finance.

With a background that includes work for one of the world’s largest sovereign funds, Maral served as a Portfolio Manager responsible for fundraising at New York University Abu Dhabi. Her career path includes significant roles at Barclays Wealth Management and Ernst and Young. Beyond her professional journey, she is a dedicated mentor and passionate about sustainability, circular economy, and making a positive impact. Maral holds an MBA degree from Cambridge University.

Jana Sabra

Program Coordinator

A dedicated young changemaker with a background in sustainable development and social innovation & entrepreneurship.
Jana, with a BS in Chemistry and currently pursuing an MS in Energy Studies at the American University of Beirut, brings valuable experience in project management, communications, and content creation from organizations like Riyada for Social Innovation, All Girls Code, and Lebanon For You. Her unique journey from mentee to a committed team member in the Intersection mentorship program fuels her passion for sustainability, emphasizing the empowerment of the next generation and fostering diversity.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern. A committed advocate for meaningful change, she is also a proud mother of three, balancing her professional and personal responsibilities with passion and dedication.

A Program Management professional, Communications Specialist, and Public Speaking Trainer with 5 years of experience leading impact programs and driving them towards success.

Ola combines strong program management with communication expertise to build structured, purpose-driven experiences that help individuals develop clarity, confidence, and presence, translating into real-world outcomes.
