Fem in STEM, in collaboration with Schneider Electric, reflects our shared commitment to strengthening education, and advancing sustainability, inclusivity and innovation by equipping young female talent with the confidence, networks, and capabilities needed to thrive in their early careers.
At the heart of the program is one-on-one mentorship. Through a six-month journey, we connect female STEM students with experienced professionals from Schneider Electric, creating meaningful mentoring connections that bridge ambition with real-world insight.

Fem in STEM is shaped by the moments shared along the way. In every one-on-one and group session, mentees come together to listen to each other’s stories, hear from those who have walked the path before them, and ask the honest questions that help make sense of their own journeys.
Over time, a strong sense of community builds as mentors and mentees continue to show up with intention. What begins as a conversation becomes something deeper: new perspectives, stronger self-belief, and a growing clarity around the direction each person is moving toward.
