Cracking the Code for Effective Mentorship –A Workshop conducted to WISER Pioneers Community
April 21, 2025 We were thrilled to facilitate an energizing and interactive session for the incredible mentees of the WISER Program – Women in Sustainability and Renewable Energy. Entitled “Cracking the Code for Effective Mentorship,” and addressed to a dynamic group of female professionals driving sustainability forward in their industries, this 90-minute onboarding workshop was designed to empower mentees to take charge of their growth journey, build meaningful mentor relationships, and lead with purpose. From exploring the difference between mentorship and coaching to crafting impactful Leadership Branding and personal elevator pitches, the session sparked rich dialogue, self-reflection, and connection.
