impactiv, in partnership with INJAZ Lebanon, proudly launched the fourth cohort of the Intersection Mentorship Program, reinforcing its commitment to empowering young graduates and professionals in Lebanon. The launch kicked off with a virtual onboarding session for mentees on April 9, 2025 and an onboarding session for mentors on April 10, 2025, followed by the Foundations for Success and Own Your Career workshops, setting the stage for a transformative mentorship journey.
This April, more than 40 mentor-mentee pairs began their path toward career growth, with mentees matched to mentors based on industry interest, skills alignment, and personal goals. The program includes both One-on-One Mentorship and the Intersection Circle. One-on-One Mentorship matches mentees with skilled professionals based on their specific needs for personalized guidance. The Intersection Circle, open to both matched and unmatched mentees, offers workshops and peer learning sessions led by mentors, professionals, and speakers from around the world. The initiative reflects a shared vision of equipping Lebanon’s youth with the tools and networks they need to thrive despite challenging economic conditions.
Empowering Young Professionals Through Mentorship and Skill Development
