Impactiv has partnered with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) to expand the reach of the Ershaad Mentorship & Engagement Programme through a four-stop roadshow that brings industry expertise directly to university campuses. Building on Ershaad’s one-on-one mentoring and group workshops, these on-site “masterclasses” give students an opportunity to learn from senior leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and explore emerging career paths in STEM and business.
