Working with Impactiv has been a truly meaningful experience. The organisation’s clear purpose and commitment to creating impact through thoughtful, well-structured programmes set it apart. What I value most about working with Impactiv is the “why” behind everything we do. Seeing our programs create meaningful impact in the lives of students and professionals, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference, keeps me grounded and connected to a strong sense of purpose. This commitment inspires me to Lead with Intention and drive this mission forward.

Starting as a mentee in Cohort 1 of the Intersection Mentorship Program and now working with the Impactiv team as Program Manager has made this journey truly full-circle. Today, I’m not only giving back to a programme that shaped me, but also collaborating with a team that shares my values to create meaningful and impactful experiences for youth.

My experience with Impactiv has been a journey of personal growth, collaboration, and purpose. We live what we encourage in our students and professionals: to keep learning, seek guidance, and grow through meaningful connection. Meeting so many people who genuinely want to give back has been invaluable, and it continues to remind me that mentorship is not only what we do; it is how we work.

Through our work, we aim to empower students to acquire not only the right skills, but also the mindset needed to thrive, to stay hungry to learn, humble to grow, and smart in navigating their career journeys.

Those amazing storytellers took us back in time to a very cheerful era where a lot of corporate and personal values shaped the Emirati Business Organizational Culture
